Return and Refund Policy

With BASMA.com, your smile is guaranteed! We provide support and refinements (any extra steps on top of your treatment plan if needed) that are free of charge throughout your aligners journey in case you were fully committed to the treatment requirements.

1. Aligner Replacement Policy

Aligners should be handled with care. In the event that you break or lose your aligners, we will provide you with replacement aligners free of charge (excluding the shipping and custom fees). We cover up to 2 replacement aligners. Additional replacements will be charged.

2. Retainer Replacement Policy

If the first retainer is damaged or broken within one (1) month of delivery, one replacement will be provided free of charge (excluding shipping and customs fees). This applies to one-time replacement only.

3. Aligner Refund Policy

You are entitled to cancel your Aligner Kit order within 15 calendar days from the date of your first payment* (either through a one-time payment or monthly installments).

Your payment will be refunded (excluding the fees, costs, and charges that were incurred by us). A flat processing fee will be deducted from the refunded amount based on the original payment method, to cover non-recoverable transaction costs, as follows: Tabby (7%), Stripe (5%), Paylater (6%), Tamara (7%), and Cash – Whish (2%).

Any cancellation requests after the 15 calendar days will not be entitled to a refund. Refunds will be issued within 30 calendar days from the date you cancel your order.

*Deposits towards Aligner Kits are not refundable (Deposits are payments settled prior to the first installment or one-time payment).

4. Accessories Refund Policy

All accessory purchases are final and non-refundable after order confirmation, except where the item is proven to be defective upon receipt.

5. Return Policy

Should you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item (Aligners, Whitening Kits, Retainers), contact our customer care team at [email protected] within 15 calendar days from the delivery date.

6. Shipping

BASMA.com does not ship or provide any services or products to any OFAC (Office of Foreign Assets Control) sanctioned countries.

Customs fees are not included in the product prices and are the responsibility of the recipient. Customs fees are not refundable.
