With BASMA.com, your smile is guaranteed! We provide support and refinements (any extra steps on top of your treatment plan if needed) that are free of charge throughout your aligners journey in case you were fully committed to the treatment requirements.
Aligner Replacement Policy
Aligners should be handled with care. In the event that you break or lose your aligners, we will provide you with replacement aligners free of charge (excluding the shipping and custom fees). We cover up to 2 replacement aligners. Additional replacements will be charged.
Aligner Refund Policy
You are entitled to cancel your Aligner Kit order within 15 calendar days from the date of your first payment* (either through a one-time payment or monthly installments).
Your payment will be refunded (excluding the fees, costs, and charges that were incurred by us). Any cancellation requests after the 15 calendar days will not be entitled to a refund. Refunds will be issued within 30 calendar days from the date you cancel your order.
*Deposits towards Aligner Kits are not refundable (Deposits are payments settled prior to the first installment or one-time payment).
Impression Kit Refund Policy
We will fully refund your impression kit if:
(i) after uploading pictures of your teeth our Medical Cooperation Partners determine that you're not eligible for our clear aligner treatment.
Or (ii) you cancel your order within 24 hours of making your purchase. Refunds will be issued within 30 calendar days from the date you are informed of our Medical Cooperation Partner's rejection or from the date you cancel your order.
If our Medical Cooperation Partners determine that you're eligible for our clear aligner treatment, no refunds can be made should you decide not to proceed with your treatment.
Should you purchase the Impression Kit and:
(i) fail to upload your teeth pictures within 24 hours
or (ii) fail to return it within 1 month from its receipt, no refunds can be made even if our Medical Cooperation Partners determine that you're not eligible for our clear aligner treatment.
Should you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item (Aligners, Whitening Kits, Retainers), contact our customer care team at [email protected] within 15 calendar days from the delivery date.
BASMA.com does not ship or provide any services or products to any OFAC (Office of Foreign Assets Control) sanctioned countries.
Customs fees are not included in the product prices and are the responsibility of the recipient. Customs fees are not refundable.
