Do you still offer the impression kit?

Following the COVID-19 pandemic, we stopped offering the impression kit as a way to get impressions of your teeth. Instead, for more accuracy and convenience, you can book a scan appointment at one of our partner clinics in your city and complete a free 3D scan of your teeth. Based on your scans and information, our orthodontists will design a custom treatment plan for you within 4 days and show you a 3D simulation of your future smile. I’ve previously purchased the impression kit, can I still send it back to you?

Since we no longer offer the impression kit as a way to get accurate impressions of your teeth, you can book a scan at one of our partner clinics in your city and complete a free 3D scan of your teeth. The putty in your impression kit expires, so we do not advise that you use it anymore. If you had already taken the impressions but never sent them back, we recommend booking a scan for a current assessment of your teeth. Book a free scan to get started.
