Referral Rewards.
If a referred friend buys the treatment from Basma AND the "15-day no questions asked Refund Policy" passes, the referrer becomes eligible to receive their reward automatically. The referrer receives an amount representing cashback on their treatment when a friend buys the treatment. This cashback will be applied as (i) a discount to the referred last installment with us if payment is made by installments and (ii) in case of one-time payment (or through a payment facility company), the referred reward will be in the form of a refund on the referrer payment. This will not be automatic and will be completed by the accounting team at Basma.

The referrer can refer as many friends as they like but they can receive only up to USD 1,000 in total. If more than one person refers the same friend, the referral is registered for the latest customer that referred.

Referral rewards must be claimed within one (1) year from the end of the referrer’s treatment. After this period, the referrer will no longer be eligible to receive any cashback, including in cases where the referred friend has already completed their treatment.
